Parent & Family Volunteers

20 Hours Volunteer Time Required per Family for the Year.

Please choose 3 areas and we will connect with you to place you on a team either by June or the first part of September.

If you are opting out of volunteering, please check the last box and it will be added to your invoice with class registration fees that are due.

Learning Center Care Crew

Vacuuming, dusting, clean bathrooms, wipe down tables, empty garbage, etc.. This team will also assist with set up and clean up for learning center events such as the Welcome Back Night, Annual Jazz Fundraiser, HLC Christmas Party, HLC Open House and doing a deep clean the end of the year. A sign up genius will be sent for each person to sign up for time slots in September.

Scholarly Supporters Team- Areas teachers need help in

Primarily assisting with Elementary classes. Times parent volunteers are needed will be determined in September 2026 and you'll be sent an email with sign up slots.

Radiant Resource Raisers Team

Work with HLC Board Member, Katelyn Knoetzel, to plan, coordinate and assist with HLC’s yearly fundraiser. (Decorating, collecting donations for raffle baskets, talking to businesses, create program, set up, tear down and be on hand the evening of to work.) Mandatory team meetings for planning begin in June.

Currently FULL - Watchful Warriors Team

Meet once a month to pray over Bethel Church, HLC students, HLC families, and HLC staff. 1. Be praying for each student by name. 2. Write notes of encouragement for students
