Student Registration

Welcome to Hope Learning Center! Please complete the student registration form below to help us get to know your student and ensure we can provide the best possible learning experience. The information you share will allow us to place students in appropriate programs, communicate effectively with families, and support each student’s academic growth in a safe and encouraging environment. You will fill out a registration form for each student you’re enrolling. All information submitted is kept confidential and used solely for enrollment and educational purposes. Volunteer Requirements
Parents are required to either volunteer 20 hours during the school year on one of our volunteer teams OR pay an opt out fee of $330 which is due at the time of enrollment. If you are unable to fulfill your hours on the team you’re placed on, you will be given the option to payout the rest of your hours at the end of the school year. A separate volunteer form will be sent to you with registration completion.

Please note there is a $20 supply fee for each student enrolling in any Elementary class. This will be added to your $50 class registration fee. Please type in $20 if you're enrolling in Elementary.

Cost will be reviewed with school administration before payment is accepted. A $50 nonrefundable fee PER class, PER student, is required to register for classes at the time of enrollment. Please type in your total class registration fee. Don't worry, your amount you type in will be double checked before an invoice is emailed to you for payment.

Your support helps provide tuition assistance to a family in need.

If you chose yes, you will be sent a text to opt in with the cell number you've provided. You will need to reply with 'START' when you receive the text to receive those messages. Please respond right away so no communication is missed. The text will be from Hope Learning Ce.
TeacherEase
This is HLC’s information database for all students as well as the grade portal for students. Emails coming from TeacherEase will look like this: ~Hope Learning Center via TeacherEase. You will be invited to create a TeacherEase account via email. That will be your personal login.
