Washington State and U.S. History for middle school students in grades 7th through 8th combines history, geography, and literature with a strong Christian worldview, emphasizing God’s role in the American story. We will be covering Washington State History and American history from 1000 AD (before European arrival) through the early 21st century. Our focus will be on the period from 1000 to 1877 (Reconstruction).

We will explore the significant turning points that shaped humanity, from the rise of ancient civilizations in Mesopotamia and Egypt to the complex world we live in today. We’ll analyze
